About Me
I came into medical billing through real, hands-on experience as an office manager in an acupuncturist’s practice. Our clinic had used several different outside billling services that charged 10%, yet I had to keep on top of everything anyway-there were missed reimbursements, coding issues, no follow-up on denials and we could never get in touch with anyone when we had questions. Out of necessity, I stepped in and learned the billing process myself. Today I provide billing that is accurate, responsive and aligned with the day-to-day realities of an acupuncture practice.
